• What type of sites do we sweep?

        Commercial lots, city and town streets, spring clean-ups and milling and paving sites. 

• How much notice is required for sweeper rental?

             Generally we can have a sweeper on site with a 24-hour notice. 

• Do you have a minimum time frame for a sweeping job?

        There is a 4 hour minimum regardless of the time spent. For new accounts, the charge is $115 per hour, 4 hour minimum and payment either upon receipt or within 10 days, depending on our agreement before the job is started.

• What type of Winter services can we provide? 

            We do commercial plowing, by the inch or yearly/seasonal contracts. We also have salt/sanding trucks. We can provide loader work by the hour if the snow needs pushed back and also have trucks for snow removal. 

• What kind of landscaping do we do? 

            We do commercial landscaping and this is generally done with a seasonal contract which includes 32 weeks of lawn cutting. Seperately we can send proposals for Spring clean-ups which include raking out old mulched beds and applying new mulch. Flowers as necessary for a quality eye-appealing look. We employ a licensed fertilizing company to provide a 6-step fertilization program to keep the grass looking green and clean. We also trim trees and bushes as necessary.  

• Do you provide other services?

           We also can provide catch basin cleaning and repairs. 

• Are you insured?

      We can provide a certificate of insurance upon request. We carry automobile/equipment liability policy; $1,000,000 general liability policy as well as workmens comp.
